The Next Challenge Starts February 1st!
How will you challenge yourself this month? Create your own thread and challenge yourself at least once in each of the following categories!
Starting from Wednesday 1st, try to check in at least once a week to let us know how you’re doing (pictures and videos are welcome too!). At the end of the month a winner will be selected and will win an Impossible t-shirt. Also, winners may get other undisclosed prizes (brainstorm one, if it's good, we'll do it).
Not sure where to start? See the October 30 day challenge and the December 30 day challenge for inspiration!
This month, why not buddy up with some other members in the 30 day challenge and keep each other motivated?

Hey Hey Hey!
This month, we're switching things up a bit and buddying up! As things get bigger and bigger, we still want people to be able to stay focused, encouraged and knock out their 30 day challenges as much as ever. So we're buddying up!
Buddy Up Here using this spreadsheet with 3 other people. Over the month, it's your jobs to check up on them once a week and give them some support, in return they'll do the same for you. Together we can all achieve more!

If you want to buddy up, make sure you create your own discussion thread so that people can easily find your challenge. If you're still having trouble, feel free to contact me - Josh

Comment by Geoff Hetherington on March 4, 2012 at 5:42am Well hit my century set target 26 out of 29 dyas - not perfect but given the Universe's litttle surpises I'm not all that discouraged - Now to march!!
I don't know if anyone is posting their results from the 30 day challenge, but I'm quite pleased with mine. My goal was to finish off my website and well other than a few things missing here and there, I've got it up and running. Check it out, its a multilingual charity/challenge website

Comment by Heidi Jenkins on February 8, 2012 at 9:03am Hi everyone! I took the time this week to get clear on my goals and my monthly challenge is to post my first video blog on my life coaching website - I've been hiding and it is time for me to put myself out there....
Comment by Geoff Hetherington on February 6, 2012 at 5:22pm Okay 7 days in and I've kept the faith and completed the required reps every day so far. Right shoulder is giving a bit of angst (always was the troublemaker) but so far on track.
There is an enormous sense of freedom in having control over at least one thing in every day - the push ups & presees aren't a trial but a source of power because unlike so much else in my day i CHOOSE to do them.
Loving this and have already picked out my March challenge...
Be well.

Comment by Joseph Haddon on February 4, 2012 at 10:47am Bryant: Thanks for the heads up, I'll be sure to check it out! :)
Juliano: Comfort kills, brother! Keep on breaking barriers and pushing yourself! (Just my unsolicited two cents ;) )
Comment by Juliano Aliberti on February 3, 2012 at 9:35pm Nice! I will keep you updated about my choice, there is plenty of projects on Github to contribute. Java is my primary choice since I am programming it for food for 6 years, but Python can be nice to take me away from my confort zone.
